How does pricing work for a business account?
Our standard flat rate is $35 for one bag, $65 for two, and $90 for three, with each additional bag at $30, up to seven bags. One standard bag is a 13-gallon trash bag. That same simple pricing works fine for most small businesses. If your volume is steady week to week, get in touch and we will put together a schedule and a quote that fits how you actually operate.
Do you rent linens, or do you wash the linens we already own?
We wash the linens you already own. We are a wash and fold pickup and delivery service, not a linen rental company, so you keep your own towels, sheets, and aprons and we clean and return them. For a lot of small businesses that is the cheaper and simpler option, because you are not locked into a rental inventory or a long-term contract.
Can you pick up on a day other than Thursday?
Our standard route runs Thursday morning pickup with delivery back by Sunday, and plenty of businesses fit that just fine. If your turnover needs a different day or a more frequent cadence, contact us and we will talk through what we can build around your schedule.
