Nope - no sorting needed on your end! Just toss everything into your bag and tie it shut. We handle all the sorting (lights, darks, delicates, bedding, towels) here so you don't have to lift a finger.

Yes, absolutely! We wash bed sheets, comforters, blankets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, shower rugs, table linens, and more, right alongside your regular clothes. Just fit them into your standard 13-gallon bag with the rest of your laundry. Bulky items like king comforters or heavy blankets may take up most of a bag on their own, which is totally fine.

Our standard turnaround is 48-72 hours. Pickups happen on Thursdays and clean laundry is delivered back to you by Sunday. Need it faster? Add Express Service for $50 and we'll pick up any day of the week and deliver within 24 hours. See how it works for the full step-by-step process.

Yes! Our Express Service is a $50 flat add-on that lets you book a pickup any day of the week and get your laundry back within 24 hours of pickup, often sooner. Same-day pickup is available if you book before 5pm Eastern; book after 5pm and we'll pick up the next day instead. You can add Express directly when booking your pickup.

You can add any special instructions directly in your order form when booking your pickup. We're always happy to accommodate your needs when possible!

We offer Downy Light Ocean Mist, Downy Calm Lavender & Vanilla Bean, or None if you prefer no added scent.

Scheduling is easy! Simply create a free account, then book your pickup online. Choose a Thursday pickup date for standard service (or any day with Express), select the number of bags, and pick your detergent and scent preferences. The whole process takes less than two minutes.
