Dedicated Care & Separation
At Brit's Laundry Services, every order is handled with care and kept completely separate from pickup to delivery to ensure accuracy and quality.
Tracking & Processing
Laundry is tracked and processed by the number of bags received, not by individual item count. Please ensure all items are included at pickup and that pockets are emptied prior to service.
Item Responsibility
While every effort is made to return all items as received, Brit's Laundry Services is not responsible for missing items not included at the time of pickup or for items left in pockets.
Special Instructions
If you have any special instructions or concerns about your order, please let me know at the time of booking - I'm always happy to accommodate when possible!
Reporting Concerns
Any concerns regarding your order must be reported within 24 hours after laundry drop-off.
